Tiffany Haas

Artistic Program Director and Vocal Coach

Tiffany Haas is a Broadway performer, concert vocalist, vocal coach, entrepreneur, and designer.  


Tiffany played Glinda in the Broadway production of Wicked.  Prior to her Broadway role, Tiffany wowed audiences nationwide portraying the ever-popular Glinda with the Wicked National Tour.  She also toured as the dance captain for the Tony Award winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone.  


Occasionally coming down from her “bubble”, she regularly performs with symphony orchestras and cabaret venues throughout the country.  She also leads master classes in association with many of their prestigious classical music programs.  Having a passion for teaching, Tiffany is a guest teacher for numerous colleges, conservatories, performing arts schools, summer intensives, and is the guest teacher and performer for the Music Teachers Association of California this summer. 


Tiffany is currently the Artistic Program Director and vocal coach for Destination Broadway, a summer teaching intensive for aspiring young performers held in in New York City.


Tiffany studied Opera and Musical Theater at the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.  During her time in Cincinnati, she won the title of Miss Ohio 2002 and went on to compete in the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City.


Tiffany’s concert Cheek to Cheek: A Broadway Romance, which she co-created with Broadway leading man Michael McCorry Rose, features music from the Great American Songbook and debuted to sold-out crowds in New York City.  The concert is currently making appearances at cabarets and symphonies across the country. 


If performing wasn’t enough, Tiffany is a designer and entrepreneur.  She is preparing to launch “FullBeat by Tiffany Haas” line of cosmetic bags, handbags and accessories, soon to be presented by a select number of chic merchants and boutiques.  

David Perlow

Director of Acting

For fifteen years, David saw great success as an actor, starring as Fiyero in WICKED for over 1,000 performances, and playing principal roles at La Jolla Playhouse, North Shore Music Theater, Long Wharf Theater, and in the Tony Award Winning 2010 revival of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES.

He is the Founding Artistic Director of ATTENTIONTheatre, where he directs all readings, workshops, and productions.


Along with ATTENTIONTheatre's Managing Director, Ali Stroker, and in keeping with ATTENTIONTheatre's mission, David has founded and leads a class for professional actors with physical disabilities, making it the first class of its kind in NYC history.

Since becoming a director, David has Associate Directed alongside Tony Award Winning Director Joe Mantello for his Broadway productions of CASA VALENTINA (MTC), BLACKBIRD, and THE HUMANS (2016 TONY Award for Best Play).


Most recently, David has Associate Directed GENTLY DOWN THE STREAM at The Public Theater, alongside TONY Nominee Sean Mathias. 


David is the Director of the Acting programs for Destination Broadway, a summer teaching intensive for aspiring young performers.   One of his goals is to help young performers integrate singing, dancing and acting skills.

Adam Souza

Music Director

Adam Nicholas Souza began his career at age 17 as the music intern at Goodspeed Musicals. After graduating from high school, Adam attended the Boston Conservatory, majoring in Musical Theatre with a concentration in acting and conducting. He spent his summers continuing to train at Goodspeed, having performed in the ensembles of George M! and Brigadoon, acting as Associate Music Director for Great Expectations and The Road To Hollywood, and conducting Very Good Eddie on the main stage. After 4 seasons and over 15 shows at the Opera House and The Norma Terris Theatre.

Adam finished college and began touring with the Broadway National Tour of Les Misérables playing Keyboard I for almost two years. Continuing his road career, Adam began work as Associate Conductor for the National Tour of Monty Python’s Spamalot, later taking over as Music Director/Conductor. After just over two years with Spamalot, he moved to New York to begin learning Wicked on Broadway.

In the start of 2009, Adam conducted the Broadway production of Wicked, then began his third tour, acting as Music Director/Conductor for the 2nd National Tour of Wicked. 


Adam will be the Music Director for Destination Broadway 2017 and work with vocal students daily.

Interesting Fact:

Tiffany, Adam, and David all worked together in Wicked. Tiffany starred as Glinda, David starred as Fiyero, and Adam Souza was Music Director and conducted the orchestra. This summer they will be joined by Donna Vivino, who starred as Elphaba in Wicked with them!
